🌿 When Technology Suddenly Stands in the Middle of Nature
You are getting Sandy Shocks ex / Sandfell ex 215/187
from the Japanese Terastal Festival ex SV8a set as a
Special Art Rare.
This particular artwork is, for me, one of the more unusual SAR cards in the set.
Instead of a typical arena, explosions, or grand effects, Sandfell stands in the middle
of an overgrown, almost primordial landscape.
Plants, leaves, light, and earthy colors merge with the technically appearing
Paradox Pokémon into a scene that looks more like an illustration from a nature or
science fiction book than a classic Pokémon card.
The artwork by Tetsu Kayama thrives on this very contrast:
a strange, almost machine-like creature – and all around it a calm,
vibrant natural world.
💎 Condition
The card is offered as Near Mint (NM).
