Shipping and Payment Information

1. Delivery

1.1 Shipping; Delivery Restrictions

(1) Goods are delivered exclusively by mail to the billing address you provided or, if applicable, to a different delivery address.

(2) We deliver exclusively to customers who provide a delivery address in the Federal Republic of Germany. Goods are delivered by a transport company commissioned by us.

(3) If delivery fails for reasons for which you are responsible, you shall bear the costs of redelivery.

1.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times stated by us are calculated from the time of our order confirmation, provided that the purchase price has been paid in advance (except for purchase on account, if we offer this payment method). For more information, please visit https://www.dhl.com/.

1.3 Availability of Goods; Partial Deliveries

(1) If no copies of the goods you selected are available at the time of your order, we will inform you immediately. If the goods you ordered are only temporarily or partially unavailable, I will also inform you immediately. If the goods you ordered are permanently unavailable, either wholly or partially, I will refrain from accepting the order. In this case, no contract will be concluded to that extent.

(2) If you have ordered several items in your order for which different delivery times apply or which are temporarily unavailable, we will send the goods (unless otherwise agreed) in a single shipment. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item with the longest delivery time in your order will apply to your entire order. This does not apply if one or more of the products have such a long delivery time that it would be unreasonable for you to wait for them. In this case, we will inform you immediately and coordinate the further procedure with you.

(3) We are only entitled to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable for you.

2. Terms of Payment

2.1 Due Date

Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

2.2 Prices

All prices stated in the online shop include the statutory value-added tax applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany.

2.3 Shipping Costs

We will inform you about the shipping costs before you can add the goods to your shopping cart. You are responsible for these costs, unless you exercise your right of withdrawal. Goods are shipped by postal mail. We bear the shipping risk. In the event of a withdrawal, you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
